Visa and MasterCard are now asking for us to provide merchant updates against Prioritized Approach and because of this we have created the 'WorldPay Merchant Reporting Tool' to make the work much easier. This is our approach to the Prioritized Approach!
On a monthly basis all level 1-3 merchants need to update the reporting tool and send it to their dedicated PCI manager at WorldPay, or to the team's mailbox - PCIVD@WORLDPAY.US. We will then use the information supplied to update the Card Schemes and keep track of our merchants' compliance programs.
By sending us monthly updates of the reporting tool we will be able to easily follow merchants' compliance plans, and therefore will be able to offer tailored support to merchants' - such as by supplying information about Card Scheme expectations, target dates or new mandatory programs.
The reporting tool has been split into four different templates to match each version of the Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ).
