RBS WorldPay Announces Compromise of Data
Security and Outlines Steps to Mitigate Risk

This agreement extends the RevolutionCard network to nearly 300,000 online and physical merchant locations.

Atlanta, Ga. – RBS WorldPay has signed a long-term agreement with Sizzler USA to provide electronic payment processing services for Sizzler USA Company-owned and franchised locations. With over 50 years of dining experience, Sizzler USA owns or franchises more than 220 restaurants in 17 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. It will open its first restaurant in Mexico later this year.

Atlanta, Ga. – RBS WorldPay, the U.S. payment processing arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, announced today that it has been selected to provide credit card processing to the approximately 1,600 gasoline and convenience stores owned and operated by Speedway SuperAmerica LLC (Speedway), a subsidiary of Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO).
