Career Paths
A defined – yet flexible – career path for our Sales Executives allows you to grow and develop your career, all within one company. Depending on your experience and goals, the following opportunities may be available.
Account Executive – The primary focus of the Account Executive is to sell payment processing services to target verticals via our consultative sales approach. AEs who excel and demonstrate outstanding performance can be promoted within to an advanced leadership role with a better compensation plan.
Sales Manager – A Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, recruitment and training of an assigned team of Account Executives within a specific geographic region.
Sales Director – A Sales Director is responsible for all sales activities within a defined geographic region. Responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Sales Managers so that his or her team stays on track to achieve sales goals.
Or use your sales position as a jumping-off point for a career in Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Marketing, Recruiting or any of a host of ongoing opportunities.
Training
RBS WorldPay recognizes the value of providing our sales teams with the resources they need to excel. That is why our Training and Support team developed the customized New Hire Training (NHT) program. All new-hire Account Executives participate in this four-week course - using a blended learning approach to address all learner types. We deliver the information through a combination of methods, including:
Self Study. Read material and complete associated activities.
Virtual Classroom (VC) Sessions. Attend live online courses for new product and service releases. Access recorded sessions, 24/7.
Field Activities. Complete a variety of job-specific exercises, with and without your manager. The success of this required program depends on three people working together - you, your Sales Manager and the Sales Trainer.
But your support does not end here. For 90 days from your date of hire, you have the resources of a dedicated support team, designed exclusively to improve your on boarding experience.
